Everything you need to follow your parcel's journey, and a realistic idea of when it will reach you.

Why India Post? We cover the cost of shipping on every order, so delivery never costs you anything. Being based in Kerala, we ship through India Post, the network we can dependably reach from here. It can take a little longer than a paid courier, but you are never asked to pay for it. Below is how to track your parcel yourself, plus honest delivery estimates for your state, so there are no surprises along the way.

How to track your order

India Post does not send automatic email or WhatsApp updates, so checking is a quick manual step on their official site.

Go to indiapost.gov.in

Open the official India Post website in any browser.

Scroll to Track and Trace Services

If a language prompt appears, choose English. Then scroll down the homepage until you reach the tracking panel shown below.

Enter your tracking number

Keep Article Number selected under the Consignment ID tab, and type in the tracking number from your order confirmation message.

Enter the CAPTCHA and tap Search

Type the code shown in the coloured image box, then tap Search. Your parcel's status, Booked, Dispatched, In Transit, Out for Delivery, or Delivered, will appear.

Based on ATMAH's own shipment records from this year. Ranges reflect real variation, not a guess, so we would rather under-promise than leave you wondering.

Delivery time is counted from the day your order is dispatched, not the day it is placed, and can shift depending on distance, local courier availability, weather, or seasonal demand such as festival periods.
