Welcome to ATMAH – All That Maketh A Home, accessible at www.atmah.in. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. ATMAH reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
2. Products
ATMAH sells handcrafted and curated home products including doormats, baskets, cushion covers, kitchen & dining items, and more. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour, texture, size, or design may occur due to the handmade nature of our products, natural materials used, or differences in screen displays. These variations are not considered defects.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
4. Shipping
ATMAH currently ships within India. For international delivery enquiries, please reach out via WhatsApp at +91 96333 22341. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
ATMAH strives to deliver high-quality products. Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective items, subject to the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package. The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
- Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered
Refund method:
- Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or a gift card (store credit) for future purchases
- Refunds to the original payment method are not provided
Not eligible for return:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to natural materials or lighting
- Items that have been used, washed, or removed from original packaging
- Requests made without an unboxing video

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video and order details. A replacement or store credit will be arranged upon verification.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — belongs to ATMAH and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
ATMAH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [your city], Kerala, India.
