Refund & Return Policy

At ATMAH – All That Maketh a Home, we strive to deliver high-quality products. Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective items.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement:

  • Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery via email at talk2atmah@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 9633322341.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Replacement & Refund Policy:

  • If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, a replacement will be provided upon approval.
  • In cases where a replacement is not possible, a gift card (store credit) will be issued for the value of the product.
  • Gift cards can be used for future purchases on our store.

No Returns or Replacements Will Be Given In The Following Cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address, or any form of PO Box address.
  • After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier, or if the package is refused by the recipient (unless the product is damaged or defective).
  • Sizing issues — please check measurements carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor variations in colour, texture, or design due to natural materials or lighting.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.
